About The Tour Route

Upon your arrival at the Kathmandu airport, you will be greeted by our friendly representative. He will then accompany you to your hotel. After settling down, take a stroll through Thamel’s vibrant streets.

The journey will begin with a sightseeing tour of Kathmandu’s UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Then, you’ll drive to Nagarkot. Then, you’ll get up early to see the breathtaking dawn over the Himalayan range.

After the breakfast we will drive to Kathmandu Airport to fly to Bhairahawa. After the short secenic flight to Bhairahawa , we drive to Lumbini, he birthplace of Lord Buddha, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a major pilgrimage destination. It stands as a symbol of peace and harmony, making it a significant site for spiritual reflection and cultural education.

Next day our destination is Pokhara , most attraction city for domestic as well as foreign toursit. we start our sightseeing tour in Gupteshwor Gupha, Devis’s Fall, Pumdikot , Bindabasini Temple .

You’ll explore the city’s vibrant markets and enjoy the local cuisine here. Further, you’ll take a scenic drive to Sarangkot to see the beautiful sunrise. And, take a boat ride at Fewa Lake and we contiues our tour to Bandipur .You will later drive to Bandipur. You’ll see the well-preserved Newari architecture and rich cultural heritage in Bandipur.

The journey takes you to ride a cable car for Manakamana Darshan . Further more we will drive back to Kathmandu and spend the evening by joining the dinner organised by the Hike Holiday Treks, where you’ll receive your achievement certificate in recognition of your tour journey.

Your tour ends with a transfer to the airport for your departure flight.

Day 1: Arrival in Nepal

Day 2: Full Day Sightseeing Tour and drive to Nagarkot

Today, we are visiting UNESCO-listed world heritage sites of Kathmandu and Bhaktapur. We will explore the religious hub for Buddhists and Hindus as well as the historical palaces of Kathmandu and Bhaktapur. We begin the tour with Swayambhunath stupa where we explore several monasteries and temples representing different deities. We then visit Kathmandu Durbar Square to explore the ancient palaces and admire the Newari architecture and the temples. Then, we head to Bouddhanath stupa- a sacred site for Buddhist followers. Another destination is Pashupatinath temple- a Hindu sacred site carrying deep meanings and significance, and also beautiful temples. Last on the tour is Bhaktapur Durbar Square, which showcases Newari architecture and gives the essence of being in medieval times. Afterward, we drive to Nagarkot.

Will somebody come to pick me up at the airport upon my arrival?

One of our airport representatives will be at the airport to welcome you. He will be carrying the Hike Holiday Treks placard with your name underneath. He will take you to your hotel and help you to check in.

Do I need to follow any dress codes or etiquette during sightseeing?

Not at all but for your body saftey from sunlight you can wear dress like modestly by covering your shoulders and knees. Remove your shoes before entering temples or heritage sites and follow any guidelines given by your guide.

What meal are included in the package?

This tour operates on a Bed & Breakfast (B.B Plan) basis, meaning breakfast is included each morning at your hotel. Additionally, a farewell dinner at a typical Nepalese restaurant in Kathmandu is included on Day 6.
