The Everest View Trek is a popular and short trekking route in the Everest region of Nepal. It’s ideal for those who want to experience the breathtaking beauty of the Himalayas without the physical demands and altitude challenges of trekking to Everest Base Camp.
This trek takes 9 days to complete which starts and end point is Lukla. This trek is suitable for those trekkers who have limited time to explore can do this trek for the mesmerising views of Mount Everest, Mount Amadablam, Mount Lhotse, Mount Nuptse and many more.
Furthermore, this trek is not just about mountains. Here, you can enjoy all of Mother Nature’s offerings. Aside from the mountains, you will be able to observe a variety of landscapes, from lush forests to river gorges. Amazing Sherpa culture is a plus for anyone wishing to experience mountain culture that is both vibrant and meaningful. As you travel down the trail, you will come across several mani walls, chortens, monasteries, and gumbas. All of these monuments represent the religious character of the region. Overall, this is an excellent trekking route for anyone who like mountains and civilizations. Similarly, because this is a moderate walk, it is appropriate for persons of all ages and schedules.
The Everest View Trek allows you to see the raw beauty of the mountains alongside the spiritual essence of Buddhism with a short distance of walk. You may admire the beauty of mountains like as Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Tawache, Mt. Thamserku, Mt. Ama Dablam, and Kusum Kanguru
Our office representative will be at the airport to greet you with the Hike Holiday Treks placard. He will take you to the hotel in a private vehicle. We will conduct a short orientation session at the hotel to explain the trekking. There are no more scheduled activities. You can rest for the day.
On this day, we will fly from Kathmandu to Lukla, passing through breathtaking scenery along the way. Our trek begins from Lukla. We will cross via Chaurikharka hamlet and walk down to the Dudh Koshi Ghat, which stands at 2,530 metres. We’ll stroll down the Dudh Koshi River to Phakding. On this day, we would trek for approximately three hours.
Today, we will hike to Namche Bazaar, the capital of Khumbu region. Namche Bazaar is a renowned Sherpa village and the administrative hub of Khumbu. On this day, we will stroll through beautiful woodland areas filled with rhododendrons and fir trees. The trail looks wonderful in the spring, with blooming Rhododendron flowers. On the route, we’ll pass through Jorsalle (2,805m) and arrive at the stunning location where Dudh Koshi and Bhote Koshi merge, which is sure to enchant you. Hiking fro some time we will reach Namche Bazaar . The journey to reach Namche Bazaar takes about 6 hours.
We will take a rest in Namche Bazaar before continuing our journey to higher elevations. We will climb to Syangboche Airport (3,700m) for an acclimatisation hike. In addition, we will visit the Everest View Hotel for a magnificent mountain view. The hotel’s panoramic views of picturesque peaks are quite appealing. In addition, we will visit the Sherpa Culture Museum and the Sagarmatha National Park Museum before returning to Namche
On this day, we will hike from Namche Bazaar to Tengboche, which is located at an elevation of 3,860 metres. Getting to Tengboche is the most memorable part of the entire adventure. We will hike to the cliff, then wander to Kyanjuma. As we approach Tengboche, we will be captivated by the breathtaking views of Mt. Lhotse, Thamserku, Kondge, Mt. Nuptse, and Mt. Ama Dablam, as well as the world’s tallest mountain, Mount Everest. We will also visit Tengboche Monastery.
On this day, we will trek to Namche via Khumjung village. Khumjung is a picturesque village with a beautiful terrain, particularly the view of Mount Khumbila. Before returning to Namche, we might visit the Hillary School and the Khumjung Monastery.
On this day, we will hike to Lukla from Namche Bazaar, which will take approximately 7 hours. During the path, we will need to traverse the Dudh Koshi River via a suspension bridge. The trail is lined with heavy pine and rhododendron trees. Finally, we will reach Lukla.
We will take off from Lukla to Kathmandu on a short yet spectacular journey. After landing at Tribhuwan International Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel.
In the Evening you will be joining the farewell dinner organised by Hike Holiday Treks .
One of the representatives from Hike Holiday Treks will transfer you to the Tribhuwan International Airport approximately 3 hours before your scheduled flight. And you will then depart,you will hopefully leave with a tonne of wonderful stories to share and a lot of amazing recollections from the encounter.

Nepal Entry Visa (A visa can be obtained upon arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu. A multiple-entry tourist visa valid for 30 days can be purchased for USD 50 or comparable foreign money. Similarly, for USD 125, you may obtain a multiple-entry tourist visa valid for 90 days.
