One of our representatives will be waiting for you with placard and greeting you when you arrived. You will then be transferred to the hotel where further details about the trek will be explained. There are no other planned activities for the day, so you can spend the rest of your day relaxing at the hotel.
On this day, you will fly to Pokhara in the morning. Pokhara provides breathtaking vistas of Dhaulagiri, Mount Machhapuchhre, the Annapurna range’s five peaks, and many more. Pokhara is known as the “city of lakes” because to its numerous lakes that provide opportunities for fishing, boating, and swimming. The valley is teeming with lush greenery, fast-flowing rivers, and clear, dazzling lakes. It is one of Nepal’s largest towns, surrounded by some of the world’s most stunning scenery. After a beautiful flight to Pokhara, you’ll drive to Phedi and and continue the journey to the Australian Camp through Dhampus and Pothana. The trails are filled with glimpses of terrace rice farms and Chhetri-Braham settlements. After lunch at Dhampus, you will hike through rhododendron trees and enjoy views of the mountains. The Australian Camp (1990m) offers the greatest views of the holy Machhapuchhre Mountain, Annapurna Peak, and Mount Dhaulagiri.
Today, you will trek to the Sarangkot observation point. The trekking trail is picturesque and covered with lush trees. Dhaulagiri is seen from the northern direction of Sarangkot, soaring above the rest of the landscape like a stunning cerulean pinnacle. Sarangkot’s southern side looks out over the city of Pokhara, which has a lake on its northern boundaries. After breakfast, you will trek to Sarangkot to watch the dawn over the Annapurna Mountains. Following the trail, you will descend through the forest to Naudanda. The path is simple to follow, and the hill ridges that cross it lead to an ethnic settlement. The sights on both sides of the trail are spectacular, and the trail’s ridges provide views of the city, lakes, and mountains beyond.
Today, you would get up early to catch the sunrise from the view tower. It is 10 minutes from the guesthouse. After the hike, you would walk down to Pokhara over magnificent pathways. The afternoon flight from Pokhara will take you back to Kathmandu. In the evening, you will join the farewell dinner hosted by Hike Holiday Treks, where you will receive your achievement certificate in recognition of your tour journey.
About 3 hours before your flight, one of our team members will meet you at the hotel to bring you to the airport. With hopes to see you again for another incredible Himalayan adventure, we say our byes and wish you safe travels.
