How To Book a Trip With HHT

Welcome to our guidance page for making effective reservations for your chosen trip in Nepal. We are here to assist you plan your vacation and process your deposit. To secure your spot and process the confirmation of your booking for the Nepal trip, a non-refundable 20% down payment of the total trip cost is required as an advance deposit to the company within two weeks of the date of inquiry, in accordance with company policy on a per-person basis. It proves that you intend to organise a trip. Generally, we require advance payments on your behalf to make previous arrangements for hotel reservations, aircraft tickets, transit tickets, permits, Trekkers’ Information Management Systems (TIMS) cards and so on. Your service arrangements are handled as soon as the advance is received.

Confirm your trip booking

Booking deposits can be made via bank transfer, card authentication, and 3D Secure credit card (Visa or MasterCard or American Express card). During the booking process, the organisation communicates via email for more information regarding the direct money transfer details. You can pay by wire transfer or credit card, whichever is more convenient for you.
